Mike Li has been working in film and television since 2011. He began writing as many performers do; selfishly creating more work opportunities for himself and his friends. Mike began to hone his skills by joining as many writers’ rooms as he could in the local indie film scene, the receiving and giving of feedback being instrumental in his development.
Through the years, Mike has written for a number of short projects and web series', sometimes gives notes to more accomplished writers in exchange for secret small amounts of money, and continues to contribute writing to sketch comedy group Smashed Potato Kids. Mike has won no awards for writing, holds no titles, owns no land.
